Holding deposit of £200 is required to secure the property, upon completion of your signed tenancy agreement. This is required in full within 30 days or before your tenancy start date, whichever is the soonest.
Change in tenancy documents throughout your tenancy is £50 (inclusive of vat).
A cost can be occurred at a late payment of rent, but the fee charged is capped at 3% above the Bank of England base rate and will be charged after 14 days.
Lost keys or fobs may be charged at a responsible cost.

If we are called out to let you in to your property in working hours there is no charge for this. However, out of working hours there is a charge between £30-£70 depending on the time of day, this is noted in your tenancy agreement. Failure to return your keys at the end of the tenancy will result in a £10.00 charge.
Should you decide you no longer need the accommodation after signing your tenancy agreement, we can help to try and find a replacement. If we are successful, a fee of £200 is applicable to cover our costs.
