Landlord Fees:

Fully Managed – from 10% of gross rent plus VAT (12%)

Example – if the rental amount is £1000pcm, our commission amount due is £100 plus VAT from the rental payment. If the rental payment is higher or lower than the example price, our commission fee will be correspondingly higher or lower.

Annual Set Up Fee per property – from £375 plus VAT (£450)

Check out fee – from £60 plus VAT (£72)

Deposits in Single Claims
Complete Statutory Declaration form and obtain solicitors approval and signature – £20 (including VAT)
